The American Soldiers Fund ("ASF") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring and improving the lives of American soldiers who have been severely injured, and providing assistance to the families of American soldiers who have lost their lives, in service to our country. The ASF will utilize contributions received from government agencies, businesses and individuals to acquire housing or modify existing housing of injured soldiers so that these soldiers can lead independent, fulfilling and productive lives. The ASF will also assist families of fallen soldiers by addressing and alleviating existing or potential financial issues or other specific needs of family members, including the establishment of scholarship funds for school age children. The American Soldiers Fund will at all times interact with soldiers, their families and donors with the dignity and respect they deserve.
